Privacy 1. Information We Collect We may collect: • Name, phone number, and email • Appointment details and service type • Payment information (processed by a secure third party) • Photos or videos created during your session (if applicable) We do not provide diagnostic medical services and do not maintain medical records. Our services are elective, keepsake-only. 2. How We Use Your Information We use your information to: • Schedule and confirm appointments • Provide our ultrasound services • Deliver photos or videos to you • Communicate with you about your session • Process payments securely We do not sell or rent your personal information. 3. Photo and Media Use Any ultrasound images or videos belong to you. We will only share media for marketing or social media if you give written consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. 4. Information Sharing We may share limited information with: • Secure payment processors • Scheduling, messaging, or delivery services used to manage appointments and send images These third parties only receive information necessary to perform their service. 5. Data Security & Retention We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and retain it only as long as necessary for business or recordkeeping purposes. Her View Ultrasound LLC provides elective, keepsake ultrasound services. Because these services are based on time and appointment scheduling, all sales are final once the session has been completed. We do not issue cash or card refunds after a session. Rescan Credit Instead of Refund If a client is unsatisfied with their session due to limited images or cooperation of the baby, a rescan credit may be offered. This credit may be used to schedule another visit but does not convert to a monetary refund. Baby Position / No Face Images If the baby is not in an ideal position during the appointment and clear images cannot be obtained, a free rescan will be offered within 14 days, based on availability. The rescan is a courtesy appointment and does not include refunds or compensation if a second session still results in limited images. Equipment or Service Interruption If a session cannot be completed due to equipment failure or technical issues, we will offer either a rescheduled appointment or a full session credit. No-Show / Late Arrival Missed appointments or late arrivals that prevent the session from being completed do not qualify for a refund or rescan credit.
